The richest and most glamorous sporting event in Tauranga. This is our premier raceday showcasing top thoroughbred racing action including the prestigious Group 2 Windsor Park Stud Japan New Zealand International Trophy, the Drymix Cement Bay of Plenty Cup and the Triton Pacific Owens Plate.
The Breeze Fashions in the Field in association with Tauranga Crossing is being hosted in our Tokyo Lounge. A ticket-holder-only event bringing together fashion lovers, designers and trendsetters for a day of stylish entertainment. Situated on the top level of the Silson Grandstand, this premier lounge is the prime spot to enjoy the fashion show as well as the top thoroughbred racing action happening on track.

Please note: due to the competition being held in a function lounge, hospitality tickets to the Tokyo Lounge must be purchased if you wish to stay in the lounge before and/or after you have competed in your chosen category. Please keep this in mind when entering.

Course entry is $10 for adults and under 18s are free. Plenty of free car parking on site and please see our BYO alcohol limits below. Race times are yet to be released, check back here soon for official event timing.
Racing Tauranga alcohol BYO policy: BYO permitted on Public lawn area ONLY
Each person can bring in either one bottle of wine (750ml) or half a dozen (6) beer / cider (6 x 330ml). There are no Spirits, RTD’s, Crates, Cask Wine or Kegs allowed. Bags will be checked prior to entry. There are bars on course to purchase more beverages. Each person in your group will need to enter with their own beverages. One person cannot bring in enough for the whole group.
