🎄 Christmas at the Races – Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible with our cancellation policy.

🗓️ Ticket Cancellations

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made on or before 31 August 2025 will receive a 100% refund.

  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 1 September and four (4) weeks prior to the event date will incur a 20% cancellation fee.

  • No Refund: Cancellations made within four (4) weeks of the event date are non-refundable.

🌧️ Weather & Racing Disruption

  • If the race meeting is transferred to another track before the event day, a full refund will be issued.

  • If the race meeting is cancelled on the morning of the event before gates open, a full refund will be issued.

  • If racing is abandoned after gates have opened or during the event, no refund will be issued. The event will continue as a hospitality day, with bars, catering, and entertainment operating as planned. Tote facilities will remain open for betting on other tracks.
